The honest version: UAT-UK publishes no fixed raw-mark boundaries — scores are equated, so the raw marks behind a 6.5 move every year. Below are the stable distributional landmarks by year, plus how to use them without fooling yourself.

Because papers differ in difficulty, UAT-UK equates scores: a harder paper needs fewer raw marks for the same scaled score. Any site printing exact “2024 boundaries: 31 = 6.5” is presenting an estimate as fact. Full method in scores explained; convert your own mocks with the score calculator as an indicative band.
Aim mocks at 6.0–6.5+ for selective courses, 5.5+ otherwise, and track trends — not decimals — across full mocks. Fix weak strands via the topic hubs and timed drills, and browse the question bank for coverage. Verbatim past papers and mark schemes live with UAT-UK (linked from our past papers hub).
UAT-UK does not publish fixed raw-mark boundaries because scores are statistically equated each year. The stable landmarks are: modal score around 4.5, strong around 5.5+, competitive 6.0–6.5+.
It varies by paper difficulty every year — roughly two-thirds or more of each paper on an average paper. Treat any exact number as an estimate, never official.
Broadly yes on the 1–9 scale, but compare pre-2024 and post-2024 scores cautiously because UAT-UK recalibrated the scale in 2024.
