Trigonometry without a calculator means exact values (30°, 45°, 60° and their radian forms), Pythagorean and double-angle identities, graph shapes with transformations, and solving equations over given ranges where extra solutions hide. CAST diagrams and symmetry arguments are faster than memorised solution lists.
Watch for degree–radian mixing, lost solutions outside [0, 360°], and squared equations introducing extraneous roots that must be rejected. Memorise sin/cos/tan of the standard angles cold — hesitation here burns the 225-second budget.
